Bodyguards are optional npcs who can follow the player's character on the map. it is a feature that was first introduced to the series in dynasty warriors 3 and returns in dynasty warriors 8: xtreme legends.in the third game, the player could have two bodyguards at once under a particular weapon class.. For dynasty warriors 8: xtreme legends complete edition on the playstation 4, a gamefaqs message board topic titled "managing weapons and bodyguards".. .
1) this my first dynasty warriors/samurai warriors game. so that explains why i don't have any reference w/r/t the earlier entries in the series. 2) i definitely don't need troops now on easier difficulty, but i was mostly wondering about harder difficulties.. Dynasty warriors 8: xtreme legends complete edition. bodyguard support skills upgrading when strengthening bodyguards twice now when strengthening a bodyguard with maximum bond, i've been given the option to upgrade the second support skill you get for max bond level.. For dynasty warriors 8 on the playstation 3, a gamefaqs message for pets, any pets with useful skills (but i personally like the panda best). i don't think it will come as any surprise that i really loved the dw2 system of bodyguards, those guys were freaking awesome..
